I'm wondering if theres a place where you can find creativity.....where you can open yourself up so that you think beyond the confines of our narrow thoughts.. where the sky can be yellow and the sun can be green, where water feels like jello when you touch it, where a frown looks like a smile and where a rose smells like sandalwood. Which world is that where nothing is as we have always seen it to be? I find myself lost, as I go back and forth between that world. Sometimes I just wanna jump, and part of me knows that it's there, I can almost touch it and feel it.....its like these flashes of being out of the structure of things, its like I really wish I had wings....maybe flying might take me there, but I'm stuck in this limited body of mine which almost makes me feel claustrophobic sometimes...like its too small to hold me in. Part of me wants to expand so badly...wants to keep growing and taking things in, take in everything there is to take in...yet the irony is that when i look carefully then its all already there....the whole universe is inside of me.
And as i think about it I realize that its when we get in touch with this universe, that we find a whole new world....a world where its upto you what you make of things. It's when you're in this world that even a lemon can taste sweet and a ragpicker can look like the most beautiful person you've ever laid eyes on, its here that words simply become ornaments to add to the ambience, no this way or that way matter, where the sky is not the limit and where anything is possible. And maybe that's where you find creativity.....
